Not a calendar availability claim
Preferred, daytime, off-hours, and sleep shading are local-time guidance only. BeanNest Time does not read anyone's calendar or claim that a participant is free.
BeanNest Time
Compare two to eight places on one synchronized timeline. Preferred-hour guidance checks the entire meeting duration, not only the start time.
Meeting planner
Preferred-hour shading is planning guidance only. It does not read calendars or claim that anyone is actually available.
Locations & preferred hours
Preferred hours are local clock times for guidance. They are not live calendar availability.
Add a planning location
Adding here also saves the location to your World Clock so its preferred hours can stay on this browser. Planner uses at most eight locations.
Synchronized timeline
Scroll the timeline horizontally on small screens. Candidate buttons are keyboard-focusable; Left/Right moves by the selected grid step.

Planning guidance
A start time is not enough: a ninety-minute meeting that begins inside working hours can still finish outside them. BeanNest projects the full selected duration into every timezone and marks a candidate as preferred only when the complete interval fits every configured local window.

Share links carry bounded numeric planning state in the URL fragment, while the optional calendar file exports the selected start and end as UTC instants.
